Be a light in a dark world.....
Mathew 5:14-16
"You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be
hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on as
stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way,
let your light shine before others, that they
may see your good deeds and glorify
your father in Heaven"
Break Down:
Imagine having a lamp with no cover. You put the lamp shade over the lamp, but the lamp
still shines. When we live for Jesus we will glow. Others will be attracted
to your light, and that is a good thing.
Always remember this your light cannot shine if:
- You are being quiet when you should speak
- Going along with the crowd
- Denying your light
- Not explaining the light to others
- Ignoring the needs of others
Don't shut down your light from the rest of the world........Live Life on Purpose......
