Partial Wig

Thanks for visiting my blog!! This video is about a sew in wig I sewed down and left the perimeter of my hairline out to cover tracks. My hairline is not full at all, but I found a solution. The solution was to use the Toppikk hair fibers. The hair fibers cover the thinning area and is good for camouflaging thinning area.

Con's
Have to apply as needed
Does not provide length
Gets under finger nails if you scratch

Pro's
Covers area well
Quick solution to cover a wide part

Deep Wave Bundles Mayvenn
Deep Wavy

I wear the unit 1-2 weeks at a time. I will be making another unit, but this time I will just use combs instead of sewing it around the perimeter. I love this method so much better because my hair cannot tolerate sew ins and they take too long to dry. Getting all the excess oil and dirt out of the hair is something that is not going to work. When the hair and scalp is not cared for it can cause even more damage such as more thinning and breakage.

WEAVE INSTALLS SHOULD BE REMOVED EVERY 4-6 WEEKS
WIG INSTALLS SHOULD BE REMOVED EVERY 1-2 WEEKS

See you in the next post!!

Bowl Cut Machine sewn Wig

This machine sewn unit was created on a ventilated cap. The tracks are spaced about
1/2 inch a part. The type of hair used in this photo was Outre. That is really the only type of beauty supply hair I will use because the wefts are full and not thin, like regular 27 piece hair. The closure part was used to close this wig, but a closure can be installed for a scalp like appearance.

How I attach my custom topper hair piece

Hello, thanks for stopping by my blog. Today I decided to give some information about my custom topper I created for myself. In the state of Texas, it is extremely, dry. hot and humid. Wigs were not an option today so I created a unit for my top portion. I suffer from a small amount of thinning in certain areas of my head, mainly the top.

Steroid or cortisone shots are not an option for me. Nor are hair plugs, so I created this unit with my sewing machine in about an hour. My intention was to install combs, but I have not had the chance to do so because I wanted to try and see I'd like it. In the above video, I quickly attach it with bobby pins.

Now you may be asking, do I take this unit off every night and reapply it? No, I do not. This unit is a trial one to see how I would like it and I love it!! I will be attaching combs and do another video.

This style was worn with six braids, three on each side. The top of my head was a zig-zag braid. See you in the next blog post!! To order visit: www.iamshiry.mayvenn.com
